Your Role with the Company
The Sr. Reservoir Engineer is responsible for evaluating and developing strategy for applicable drilling programs and field optimization, as well as providing a technical basis to support field development planning and reserves justification.
Other qualifications and/or responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Provide forecasts for pipeline or other infrastructure projects in conjunction with Geology, Land, and Drilling.
Provide technical and risk analysis for well proposals, lease acquisition, and A&D opportunities.
Develop production forecasts and typecurve estimates for unconventional reservoirs using rate transient analysis, numerical modeling, and similar technical expertise.
Determine plan and procedures for reservoir characterization and modeling activities to
optimize field development.
8+ years of oil and gas experience.
Bachelor’s degree in reservoir, chemical, civil, electrical, mechanical, or petroleum
